No reason to complain, I loved my stay. I had a pleasant experience here, everything was excellent, the location was easy adjacent to Kings Cross train & tube station and St Pancras, restaurants, and the international trainstation. I was upgraded to a clean and cosy room with a kitchen. All the services were exceptional!
